It's definately a boy. The large black hole on the right hand side of the picture is actually Einstein's theory of relativity in action. Just kidding. It's his bladder, surrounded by hip bones. Those are his legs on the left hand side of the picture and the arrow is pointing down to Peanut's peanut.
